The car wash is so slow, absolutely no supervision or managing the group of workers. So what happens is they wash on purpose your car very slow so that the other group can finish with the other car in front of you so that there is no back log. With other words you on there time not yours just making it unpleasant

Only 2 attendants.... slow..... really terrible service. Will make sure to skip this one next time. Waited 10min before someone came to me.

The car wash excellent. My car was dusty and full of mud, but looked brand new when they were finished with it. The shop assistant very friendly and they have a coffee bar inside that even have Almond and Soy milk for their special coffees.

Skip and go straight to Sasol, Total or MBT Petrol garage. Caltex Xanadu has no management at all. Petrol attendants are under-staff, you wait forever. Petrol attendants aren't trained to listen, they will clean your window even if you said your window is fine and even if your car was just washed and spotless clean.

I have never waited so long for a wash n go. Car wash service is extremely slow and poor. Waited a full hour to be attended to, with just 2 cars infront of me. Advise: Don't stop at this garage for anything!!! Rather go elsewhere.

This garage is unfortunately unsafe, my friend’s handbag was snatched from her car recently on a busy morning. It’s a NO GO, as much as I love the coffee IT’S NOT SAFE

Very poor service. Only one active cashier at a time despite the amount of customers. Cold food when you reach the till, card machines not working. An absolute disappointment.
