Polish left on my window. Different staff gave me different feedback, because the wrong phone number was entered for another vehicle car wasn't cleaned. My CL was very professional and friendly, but I wasn't left with warm and fuzzies.

Worst place to take your car, after 8 weeks of waiting, the hatchback was not aligned and the back lights wires was hanging loose in the boot. Poor quality control

A total disaster, totally useless, please do not let your insurance company send you to this place. I got told by the manager that everybody steals"

Service advisor, Presha nowhere to be found when we got there and after 30 minute wait my wife could still pick out flaws with the workmanship. Considering that it took 3 weeks to change a bumper and this was a return to fix things that were not right they obviously have no quality control as car needs to be returned a 2nd time. Poor workmanship poor service. Standards have really dropped.

I have had my car in proline since the 10th of January. My insurance paid out in February. I still do not have car back and it has been 3 months in for repairs. I will never recommend proline to anybody and I will never use them again

If you're looking for a personal, yet highly effective way to waste your time, money and sanity, look no further! Just bring your car to this establishment and let them have at it.I mean, why settle for just a simple, straightforward repair job when you can have the agonising experience of your vehicle residing in their care for months on end.I can guarantee you'll be thoroughly appalled with their service and workmanship. It's truly a one-of-a-kind opportunity that you would rather miss!

Absolute horrendous service. Car has been sitting there a whole month and they still haven't started the repairs. First they blame the insurance company then when they realise they are the ones at fault, they then proceed to tell you they are trying to get a hold of spares and it's out of their control yet its been in there shop since last month and the insurance approved the claim within days. Have no idea why Miway and Discovery send out vehicles here.

My car did not have major damage. Only the bumper, fender, and headlight were slightly damaged.They took very long to fix my car. I had to constantly insist on feedback, where they were in the process, and that they hurry up as I only had the loan car for 30 days.After the loan car expired, my car still wasn't ready. They were still waiting for the headlight.I took my car because I couldn't go without it any longer. They fixed my old headlight while I waited to take my car.I requested they send me the new headlight once it arrives, and I will go somewhere else to install it as there was no way I was going back.To date, I am still waiting for the promised headlight.All in all. 5 weeks so far and counting.I have some cover or something that's hanging loose under the car by the bumper. That I will have to fix somewhere else at my own cost.Plus. The cherry on top. I had a container with empty cds in my car. That someone there decided now belongs to them. Yes, it's not worth much, but it's the principle of it.I would definitely not recommend them to anyone.

There are quite a few areas of improvement...Quality of service delivery - Job quality was average I had to visit twice to rectify it, but still not 100% done. (not satisfied reported to my insurer)The most important point, please remove all your belongings before handing over the car. I lost my high-speed 64GB memory card from my dash camera. (Service adviser told me it's safe, but I will recommend removing everything and not trusting anyone.)Staff- maybe i was a bit unlucky. The service adviser i found was very reserved, not customer-orated, and Never responded to emails timely. And the Phone is always busy.Escalation matrix - unable to find escalation matrix over the website. I am still looking. If anyone has, please do share.They removed the tyre pressure guideline sticker from my car. Wating for feedback.

Absolutely useless. No communication unless you phone. Lies lies lies. Terrible workmanship. 7 weeks to replace a window and ignition. Stories, lies and dishonesty. No will not recommend to anyone
