Number one they make the best coffee machines out there. Save your money and buy a descent machine even for home use. Siemens and Phillip's cant compare to the quality of the Jura machine or the taste and temperature of the Coffee. Number two they have unbelievable customer service. Ash and Shepherd at Jura are phenomenal and will back up the guarantee of these machines no questions asked! Thanks for all your help guys! Going to be buying another E8 for my office.

Your cape town office/service centre Cape Coffee is atrocious. Absolutely no clue on dealing with customers needs and requirements. Such a let down for a brand as renowned as yours is.
