Poor poor service. I had the worst experience in thereShe told me the eyeliner she gave me was 605 rand while it was 280 on the shelf .i was like “i beg your pardon “ she look at me dead in the eye and she say” six zero five “ And when i told her that I don’t want it any more she Give me “why are you here if you don’t have money “ look .i ones buy the same eyeliner for 200 and something in sandton mall .poor poor service I won’t even bother to return there

Rude, unhelpful and very impolite! They are doing you a favor it seems! Whoever was on shift today at 10:45 is a terrible representation of your brand.

The worst customer service ever! Ever felt like you were bothering someone, thankfully I knew what I wanted so was in and out within 5 minutes. The sales lady tried out of courtesy to sell me something on special. She blamed her being short with me to the fact that she was busy and her colleagues were on lunch. I wish people in Customer services would realize that without the customer their businesses cease to exist. Ok maybe that’s extreme but still, If I was treated differently I was going to go for the specials they had and more who knows.

Friendly staff

Poor service. When I attended this store to do a refund and an exchange the assistance made an error and gave me a cash back when I suppose to pay in a difference to the store. Upon realisation I immediately went back to the store to hand in the cash which was given to me in error. I was advised that I needed to pay in the difference of my purchase however the system did not have an item for the amount of the Difference and that I need to pay in cash. I advised that I did not have cash in me and was told that I need to go to the ATM draw out cash and come back (I was not prepared to draw out cash as I intended using my card) after 30 minutes of trying to convince me to get cash the manager came and proceeded with the transaction. Staff was rude and not helpful.
