The owner was extremely helpful. He checked for a possible problem, identified it and made a recommendation. Later the same day he contacted me with the part's prices and recommended that I buy it myself, which I did. He did not act opportunistic in any way. I shall certainly go back to him with any other problem as this type of honesty is hard to find.

My Mathilda is an old girl (220 000km on the clock), being taken care of by Nispro. Hertzog assured me she was good for a roadtrip through Southern Africa and he was right! We traveled just under 2400km, getting 6.6L / 100km fuel consumption on average with a heavily laden vehicle. Other than a chipped windscreen and a slow leak in one tyre; we enjoyed a safe journey. Thanks for keeping my car in such good nick, Nispro - we're loyal & firm supporters!
