UPDATE:CLIENT SERVICE HAS GOTTEN BACK TO ME ON A PROPOSED SOLUTION. CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT WAS HOWEVER SARCASTIC IN REPLY THUS 1 STAR WILL GO TO 2 STAR.Been with Draadloos now since 2020 on a 16/8mbps package. First year went great and service was really good. Complained this week of slow internet speeds at 0.07mbps and they tested" it on their side saying everything is fine. We got a 6mbps speed after the test that showed everything was fine. Kept complaining as business hours speed must be 16 and not 6. My Wife's work is dependent on fast internet speeds. Technicians are sent and it is determined our Dish is too small and need to upgrade at our own expense. I have been paying 2 years for a 16/8 mbps line. This means supplier installed equipment on which he could not deliver his service of said speed. Been overcharged where supplier knew they were not able to provide the service since day of installation. No help from customer care as they say issue has been resolved and I can chose to downgrade my package or pay for the bigger dish. No reconciliation for 2 years over payment. STAY AWAY!!"

Worked fine for first few months, after that its the same thing over and over again, you only get about a third at most of the speed advertised and if you contact support it always fine" on their end. Your connection will vary between unstable and no connection pretty much all hours of the day

Installation BAD, Service BAD, After market service BAD .......... Stay awayIf you open a ticket they contact you 3 days later and tell the customer they are wrong they just tested and everything is fine ( NOW )Sorry to the People I have recommended in the past.

First month no problem. After that continuous speed tests proves that we were not getting our true speed. Owner always argues that clients are at fault. They had to come and reinstall new dish, that helped abit and then again the internet back to slow buffering internet. Was on 16mb during the day /8mb during the evening. The owner is incredibly rude and a know it all. *****The technician is however a 5/5, good manners and always trying to help. ***** during December we could hardly even use just a mobile phone on the internet. Owner said nothing wrong. After sending various speed tests and being ignored we decided to terminate the contract. Owner said well the new year is already looking up. It is unfortunate that client service and care is no longer a high priority for some businesses. While businesses don't realize that without clients they will have no income. Anyways not recommending this business at all. Wishing you all the best though. Hopefully the owner will start caring about clients and delivering a good service.
