I visit the store monthly, beautiful store, fantastic service. I wanted a Joie campcot which was out of stock and the store manager promised to get it for me within 24hrs, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a call from him within 2hrs telling me my cot has arrived. Keep it up.

What a lovely Baby City branch. The store is big, well stocked and the staff are friendly. The staff advising on the prams and car seats are very knowledgeable. The rooftop playground is awesome even for smaller toddlers. Nurse Baheya in the clinic is super.

I visited the store on Sunday 28 August 2022 to purchase a tin of Novalac Premium Symbiotic 1 formula. When I checked the expiry date at the bottom it was stamped 07/04/2022. Unacceptable.

Recently went to the Baby Clinic at Baby City Blubird and received the best service from the nurse Baheya Karlie, she was great with my son, very informative patient and welcoming . Thank you Baheya.
