Brilliant service and support, such an amazing group of people!

I posted a bad review some time ago when I first engaged this company. I retracted it on promises of service delivery. They are absolutely shocking when it comes to customer relations and communications. As a company director myself I am appalled by their lack of feedback and action. Maybe they are simply to small or do not have the required skills to do what they promise. This at the moment is probably, next to Telkom the worst experience I have had so far. The owners/ directors deflect and does not get back to you as they promise. Then it’s a sudden knee jerk reaction when you loose it with them. I can simply not recommend and this time I will not remove this post.

Personal service with dedicated team members. The support team of Intellifi kept me in the loop whilst attending to my enquiry. No dealing with different call agents, the same technician attended to my enquiry throughout the day which aides faster resolution. Thank you for going above and beyond
