Not 100% happy with the service I got here... I was in a rush though so the lady was probably nervous. In which case I'll over look. But my hair was badly burned though...I could smell it for days.Pity.

Celebrity grooming" salon inside of the Radisson hotel. The foot massage and scrub was very enjoyable and relaxing but the acrylic application on my toes was the worst I've ever encountered in my life. Application is bulky and messy not to mention that my toes are now very painful and looking jacked up. I cannot even fix the mess on my feet right as it's too sensitive to touch!"

Honestly its a beautiful place ,went there for a massage with my mom the ladies know what they doing however,the ladies kept on whispering at each other 90% of the time during the massage and using hands to communicate as well which felt really uncomfortable and such a cold experience, should they stop the whispering everything would be good.

Finally I find my salon! 100% recommend!

We had a booking that was confirmed on email, and on WhatApp where we were asked if we were still coming through that morning. As we got there, they had double booked and no one was attending to us and we had to ask what was the update. We stayed for 45 minutes with no water or drinks being offered and the lady tending to our query (Belinda) continued to be rude to us including sending rude voice notes as well.This is the worst spa experience we've had in totality from all Spas within the Joburg area.Highly not recommended.Go to another spa or salon before thinking of attending this one.

Extremely professional and personal service. Mitra and Sissy are an amazing team and will take care of all of your hair needs. They take time to listen to what you need, and have excellent skills. Can thoroughly recommend.
