Kiss properties is good for all students. Good wifi strength and uncapped. Closer to campus which puts you at the advantage of going there anytime you want.Good security as well. The most important thing is the management listens to what students want which is good coz students needs are observed. Privacy is also observed.I recommend it.

The ress is fairly avarage. However it can easily be upgraded to a proper and modern type of student residents by using built in wall drops

Kiss Prop is a nice place for students to stay at. Close to DFC campus for those whom are staying there and for those whom use school buses to get to the rest of the campus.The management there is awesome. People there are friendly and loving. It feels like home.But you know how it goes like, each and every place has it's own ups and downs.

I will always recommend kiss properties to students. It's a load shedding free zone and the unlimited wifi works perfectly fine. There's always hot water for showering in the bathrooms. The management is hands on and they are quick to attend to students enquiries and concerns. The securities are very friendly. Its a great place for students.
