Well this was a terrible experience.We waited in-line for just under an hour before we got served. The lady behind the counter had the worst attitude I've ever seen. I understand if you don't like your job, you don't have to smile, just do you job quickly and efficiently so that you can be done. So once we got to the counter, the lady justs looks at us, she then goes onto say What do you want?" in the most stinky attitude. We proceed to say that we wanted to buy the s23 ultra then she immediately says it's out of stock. It seems like everything is out of stock

Poor customer service, I ordered a phone and the sales person said she will inform me when they have stock but am still waiting. No one has contact me. I constantly need to follow up. The people who answere the phone in the store they don't have telephone etiquette. Need more training!

Went in for an upgrade, the ladies behind the counter was efficient, friendly and went above and beyond in getting the upgrade done. Had to port my old number to the new package and this was done within 2 hours, well done to the ladies at the store, great service and very efficient!

Very poor service. I signed a contract with them on 16 November 2022 and after numerous visits and calls to 10210 and 10213 they said I must demand a modem. They deduct their money but no internet. Modem faulty Thet took it bak butStill no response.They do no answer the office phone

Not a good experience at all. Went there on Sunday, the 26th of February, as my husband's phone had broken during the week and it was the only day we had time free to go. The machine at the entrance that assigns you a ticket number didn't work so we just sat down and waited for about 20mins, trying to remember who was first in line with the other customers. When we get to the counter, we asked about some of the A-series Samsung phones on contract that they have on grand display in-store and are told that they do not have stock and the phones are end of range so they will not be coming back in stock. When I asked the consultant why there is still such a grand display for phones that are no longer available, the consultant proceeds to condescendingly only repeat that the PHONES ARE OUT OF STOCK AND END OF RANGE, like I didn't quite understand her the first time. We then enquire about one of the OPPO phones and are told they are also out of stock. I asked if the consultant could perhaps just take down our contact details in order to let us know when they will have stock again. She then sighs and clearly very aggravated opens a notebook in order to take our details. We then excused ourselves and just left as it was evident this consultant didn't want to help us in any way. Went to the branch at Menlyn and we were helped and had a new phone on contract within the hour. This review will probably only get a we'll try to do better in future" response from management as seen on all the other bad reviews here. It's sad when certain company branches have no real intention of improving on their bad customer service."

Their service is always slow it's true can wait up to an hour just to buy data and they always have very few people to assist you.

Worst customer service I've seen in a very long time and we deal with a lot of customer service agents. Nee wat dankie. Bly weg. Telkom Menlyn is always very helpful and efficient

I have my fibre installed through Telkom. My internet is not working and I am waiting for a whole week for a technician to come out. After how many airtime used on telephone calls nobody pitched. Whete can I report this poor service

Worst service ever, they are never available phones ring and no one answers. Never have promotions as display and always out of stock on phones

Surprisingly fast and efficient service from a telkom store , definitely would recommend over menlyn store. Stock is a challenge though so be prepared to wait
