Sunset Manor Guesthouse

Wonderful and stunning Guesthouse, friendly staff and playful dogs, but the breakfast for Saturday and Sunday was disappointing. You'd almost expect a breakfast that's on par with the rest of the Guesthouse but unfortunately that's not the case. If you could do more effort with your breakfast the Guesthouse would be unbeatable!

Must say this was the best stay I ever had, from start to end. Elaine is friendly, helpful and understanding with a know how of how a guest house must be run and work. Elaine thank you for everything you did for me and my family in though times I really did appreciate it, also thank you for an ear to listen and by giving advise to me and my family

During the month of December 2018 my family and I booked into Sunset Manor for my sister wedding which was in Krugersdoorp. I can not begin to express my gratitude to Elaine Pipes and her family who served us with excellence. Everything we needed was provided, the rooms were so comfortable, so clean, breakfast was lovely, such a beautiful place , its a home away from home.ELAINE, we will never forget what an amazing experience we had staying at Sunset Manor. You have such love and passion for what you and I commend you on this.You went the extra mile for us and we are truly grateful. Wishing you everything of the best!!!

Very good place to breakaway from the noise and hustle of city life. As a wedding retreat before the time it caters to all your needs. Private, friendly and quiet. Service is excellent and friendly. Rooms are spacious and well prepared. Close to all wedding venues but far enough to remain private and quiet. Parking available for many and easy to locate on gps. Would definitely recommend for wedding guests who plan to sleep over for a day or few.

Top notch accommodation! My family and I have stayed at many places before and I must say this was an amazing place. Even though it was only 1 night - it was Absolute luxury, stunning food, gorgeous views and all the little touches are the best! Everything is so new and well kept - and Elaine and Lyle made it some homely! Stunning stunning place, would recommend this place to anyone!

Spent a fabulous weekend with friends relaxing and crocheting in this beautiful b and b. From the warm and friendly welcom to the beautiful, big rooms and bathroom not a single attention to detail was overlooked. The entire place is spotlessly clean and impeccably maintained. Breakfast in the dining room freshly prepared and not sitting around being kept warm for hours.Elaine is a great hostess and you really feel at home, only much more spoiled.

It was my birthday and my wife organized a Getaway for us and she couldn't have chosen a better place. As we arrived at the foyer, the owner-manager (Elaine) welcomed us in such a friendly manner, with a smile as if we were returning to Sunset Manor Guesthouse for the second or third time. Lloyd, Elaine's son, ensured that we were comfortably settled in our room. The tranquil, informal and relaxed setting made us feel very much at home.Breakfast was prepared and served by Elaine, with the seating overlooking the beautiful garden with Guinea fowls and rabbits playing around, with the mountainous landscape at the distance. Elaine had prepared a picnic basket for the day at the my wife's request. The cherry on top was Dinner for Two which was served in a special room with cozy fire, beautiful ambiance, and with cool romantic music playing softly in the background. The food was great! Lloyd popped-up the champagne that was served in beautiful champagne glasses. This was meant to be my surprise which the hosts had accommodated at short notice from my wife.
