No star. The service is dirt poor. Phone more than 7 times to get my phone. Every time they promise that Reggie will phone back. It just never happen.

I took my phone in for repairs at this vodacom store. Vujo assisted me and I was very impressed. He honeslty went the extra mile. Great work!! Keep it up :-)

Do not use this Vodacom Store!! The sales staff are incompetent, especially Reggie, who promised to get back to me, BUT NEVER DID. I called Reggie 6 times over a couple of days to follow up on my query and each time Reggie promised to get back to me.

After numerous phone calls and a message that was not returned, I've managed to get hold of someone for a repair qoute on my Samsung phone for insurance purposes.Requested me to bring my phone in as they can not give a quote without booking the phone in....how difficult is it to give a quote on a front screen repair? Parts and labour is all it is.Managed to get a quote 10minutes later from another authorized Samsung repair centre.

Not even a one Star. I am trying to take out a new contract for 6 days now but it seems like Reggi does not want to help me. He never phones me back, i have to follow up every day. today i phoned him 4 times with no answer. I will have to take my business somewhere else.

As daar laer as n 1 ster was sou ek hom gegee het.. Ek sukkel al n week met hulle.Bly my nommer vat en bel my nooit terug od kan my nooit dadelik help. Ekt betaal vir n diens en dis half gedoen. Ek woon 80km buite bloemfontein so Selfoon komminukasie is al wat ek op die oomblik kan doen. Ek is baie teleursgesteld.
