The worst service I have ever received in my life. I went to Lewis to enquire about a duplicate debit order that was done on my account. The cashier who was supposed to assist me was busy playing on her phone as I approached her she said can't you see I'm busy. So I sat down for over 20 minutes waiting for her, her name is Natchala Gondwe. 20 minutes later a customer by the name of Sipho came, they were waiting for either his ID or drivers license to process his refund. After she processed his refund she asked isn't she and her friend going to get something from him, so he gave them R100 each. So she said sanqa or whatever your name is what do you want... I told her I'm here to enquire about my refund and she said your account is with Lewis vryburg not Kimberley so if you want a refund go to vryburg. I'm very displeased with her conduct.
