Definitely dislike leaving a bad review but, as an attorney myself, I was shocked by the service received at this firm. My transfer took over 16 weeks for seemingly no reason. It took me following up regularly, and feeling like an irritation, to get things done (previous transfer deed missing for weeks- one email- transfer deed appears).If I followed up on a Monday or Friday, I'd get an 'out of office' email from my conveyancer's account; when I asked the named partner for someone else to deal with our matter, this request was ignored.When I asked that we be updated following lodgment if any further delays arose (closure of Deeds office, tsunami in Tshwane), I was told that I would be updated upon registration (I reiterated my request; she reiterated her response).Registration would apparently take between 7 and 10 days? It took 14.We ended up staying in an AirBnB for longer than we could afford, with our dogs, while trying to get answers, while fingers were pointed at our bond registration attorneys (who were family friends and were following up with us persistently), for the delay.Then, once in the house (OTP signed in Sept 2020, moved in 17 Feb 2021), we still await finalisation of this matter in March.Would not recommend.
