I do not have the words to describe the disappointment in this Company from what it used to be like!!!!!

The BEST!! Real time Credit checks. Much cheaper than using attorneys. Would definitely recommend! Very good customer service too!!! 5 Stars!!!

We have been defrauded by a company whom we did a trade reference on through Accountability which on face value, looked great. Once we realised that these people defrauded us, we phoned some of the other companies listed on the Enquiry History Page who advised that they too have been defrauded. Running into hundreds of thousands of rands.I called Accountability and spoke to Louis who advised me that there was nothing he could do to flag this company as on face everything looked good.One would have thought that there would be some governing body who control the credit bureau's to flag this bogus company and operators as this is not the normal company that has gone into liquidation, this is blatant fraud and Accountability don't really care about my concerns.

Signed up with louise with an agreed amount and with my first debit order the amount changed and I was stuck with this amount for a full year. No Apology. Then after my year was up I cancelled in November via wattap and email. She didnt cancel it and debit order me another 2 months for Feb and Jan. R4144.00 absolutely wasted.My feedback. Communicate with your clients and you will develop a trusting relationship with them.When you sign up a new client ensure the amount you give them for the monthly debit order is correct and will continue throughout the year and if it will change, you mention this when looking them in there eye!When a client cancels dont hide behind your terms and conditions. Instead apolgies and try make amends.Your business is here to remove stress not create more!Very disappointed and with no remorse stay far away friends.

When a request is sent through no one replies. You have to follow up why nothing is happening with your request. *Listing department. Horrendous service

I have received excellent service from Accountability thus far. Louise Fourie is fantastic, and the online system is well designed, intuitive and user friendly.I hope I am paid my money in the end, but even if not, it is a charm working with Accountability.

Great Service 24/7

I got a email dated 8 Nov 21, regarding outstanding monies, I responded to accountability and their client the very next day 9 Nov 21, requesting to settle the amount outstanding, accountability or their client never had the decency to contact me back, absolutely incompetent of doing their jobs, I now receive a email from them stating they have listed me as a defaulter, they list me as a defaulter, but they can't even answer their emails, absolutely unprofessional company, Poor Poor Poor service, highly disgusted.

Accountability's sneaky cancellation policy means you are stuck in a year contract which automatically renews for a full year. Only vague reference is made to a legal clause on their website. Beware. Rather use a different service provider such as PBVerify, that do not charge a monthly admin fee, and do not have dodgy cancellation fees and annual contracts. After being a client for many years, I am disappointed.
