Legends Barbershop Greenacres Shopping Centre
The left and the right side of the haicut was asymmetrical. The receptionist didn't acknowledge my presence while I was standing infront of her trying to get her attention, she was rather busy making small talks with other staff members. The haircut done in the streets appears more presentable than what I've experienced 2 times in a row at this barber shop. The quality degraded☹️ Was never like this a year ago

Very very impressed with the attention that I received. All direction given was understood clearly and executed perfectly. Manager Anele went above and beyond. Ladies at the front desk were very friendly and happy! Vibes in the store. Would definitely recommend.

I had the most exceptional service. Luthando, the barber, was the most welcoming person, not just to me but to everyone who got inside the barbershop. I'm greatly satisfied with the haircut, it exceeded my expectations

I was really not happy at all with the reception of the lady in the Frontline.It was our 1st time there on the 24th December my son badly wanted to go there. With it being our 1st time we weren't familiar with how things work. I understand you guys were full busy etc but I feel the person in the front should have etiquette with dealing with customers. Sge had none. After waiting 3hrs we opted to leave because she left a very bad taste in my mouth. Customer service also brings business big time...

Took my son for a haircut at the Greenacres branch, stood by the reception area while the 2 people who were at the ‘reception’ had a full on conversation without any acknowledgment of our presence. They looked at us and continued with their conversation. Terrible service, never again!!!
