Waited 2 and a half hours for food, when it finally arrived after 10 pm they forgot part of the order. Absolutely ridiculous, would have liked a refund... Or the rest of our order.

I'm a loyal customer at Debonairs for many years now. I usually buy at Vryburg Debonairs and never had a problem, but for the second time I bought from Lichtenburg Debonairs (Northwest Province), and had the worst pizzas in my life ever!. The cheese they use is so overbaked that it's absolutely tasteless and as hard as a rock. Even when I heated it up again, the cheese does'nt melt. It's totally pathetic and ask that you please look into the terrible service of Lichtenburg Debonairs and let them hire staff that can do a better job. They do your name harm. Thank you.

They say it's free delivery but I was charged R15 and I am on the same street as debonairs Scholtz street lichtenburg, they say free delivery just to promote sales.

The worst Debonairs ever if possible close it.Wrong order and it took 1h30 for them to deliver lastly everything burned on that wrong brought pizza iu never waste your money there.

I've been waiting 1 hour and 20 min for my delivery.... Unacceptable!When the food gets here it is cold.... And we were told 45 min at most... Very disappointed!

I ordered small pizza that i thought will take less time as there was no queue... Stood there until i started feeling horns growing. If they continue like this then they won't see the end of Pandemic still running the shop.
