Commercial Panel Beaters

Great staff and service, but drastic improvement is required on committing and sticking to timelines promised to customers

The service delivery for this company is horrendous. My vehicle went in for minor cosmetic work the first time, and that took well over twenty days. The promised update phone calls for the work being done every Tuesday and Thursday we’re totally inconsistent. My vehicle then had to be taken in again for touch ups on the bodywork - which I had to remind them of, without it being a priority to them at all. Out of curiosity, I waited a month to see if they would make the effort to rectify the situation and that was to no avail. Finally when I phoned to book my car in a second time, I was given a day to bring my vehicle back in. It went in on Thursday, and I was told I would have my car back by the afternoon. It is now 4pm the following day and I have had enough. Unfortunately my car is under warranty and I have no other option but to do business with this company. I have asked for my vehicle to be returned to me ASAP because who ever I spoke to about the work (who failed to phone me back after 3 separate phone calls today alone, claiming they did not have my contact details…) and I was told that the hail damage repairman hasn’t been, and that he might only get to my car by Wednesday next week???It does not seem like this company is all that invested in their reputation, nor do they value their customers. Is this because we are obligated to use them for insurance purposes? Because I would much rather deal with another reputable panel beater in future.

They are professional and friendly. What I like about them most, are their regular updates every Thursday. Where they update u about the progress on your vehicle.

I am not happy I sent my car to COMMERCIAL PANEL BEATERS, through Outsurance and my spare wheel was stolen. I tell them about it and they say i must wait I was told the owner is out the country NOT MY PROBLEM COMMERCIAL PANEL BEATERS STOLE MY WHEEL. I have had no access to my vehicle for 5 days as its has no spare wheel. I have spent over 200 in calls to both them and OUTSURANCE and still nothing its now day 6 Please tell me how this is considered good service when I have not been able to use my vehicle after it was given back to me (SUPPOSEDLY IN EXCELLENT ORDER)

Level of customer service is very poor. I had to wait for two weeks to get a quotation. They always say they will give me feedback but never do. Worst service evere.

Horrific service. Vehicle came back and had to send to another panel beater to actually repair . Vehicle was different colors . 5 weeks for something others do in 5 days . Poor communication. Will never go back

Good shop. Done my car. Spray painting job great. Very busy clean friendly place. Only work with insurance claims.

Absolutely friendly, trustworthy and dedicated staff. Was welcomed in a very professional way and the job done on my car, is excellent quality. Very efficient too. Highly recommended .
