The Standard bank ATM is a hotspot for criminality . i would advise no one to make use of it as i was robbed there and the petrol attendants did nothing ...threy just walked passed and made as if they did not see whats happening ...

Don't use the standard bank ATM there, the staff do not have an idea on how to handle customers.I used the ATM and unfortunately loadsheding happened and I did not get my money from the ATM and now I see the money is withdrawn.... Who received it? And that is why they told me to let it go

I had a puncture whilst driving my hire car on the N2 heading towards Sir Lowys Pass, I pulled into the BP to see if I could fix it or fit the spare, two of the BP staff who normally fill the cars with fuel came over and without asking replaced the wheel and fixed the puncture to allow me to make my meeting with old friends in time... Thank you so much.

I just had a bad experience. Before I paid the cashier I greeted her with a smile. This lady did not greet back and she looked angry because she have to help me. When the transaction was done I said thank you but this lady just looked at me. You really have to teach your staff how to treat customers. I did not expect a smile but at least greet your clients especially when the greed you first.

Convenient situated next to the N 2 with a McDonald's and Pick and Pay convenience store all immediately accessible. This is an extremely popular service station and waiting in a queue for service is very common and normally the case. But the friendly staff always makes it easy to assist. The taxis from Lwandle and Nomzamo also use the facility

Poor service from the guys working at the garage. Stood for 10 minutes while they were chatting and finally decided to attend people who came after. So glad I won't use this garage again

My new favorite BP! Great smiles, great service. Assume munchies, breakfast options and more. Love it.

The location of the BP garage at Heritage Park suits my needs best, especially when returning home to Gordons Bay. This is why, despite previously vowing that I will never stop there again, I decided that convenience beats sentiment.I pulled up to one of the pumps and waited. Someone was filling a 5 litre bottle at the same pump. I waited.I watched at least 5 attendants walk around, turn around, walk across and look busy without attending a single customer. I waited. I saw the backs of at least 7 attendants.A person in a Pick n Pay shirt (who had been assisting to fill the 5 litre bottle) casually asked - after what must have been 8 or 9 minutes - through the open window on the passenger side: So

was parked at the garage last night, the way the petrol attendant spoke to the cashier was really disgusting, she stood no chance. He just mouthed off at her and insulted her. She looked so broken after. Date was 9 March 2022 at about 8pm. Really hope management helps her.
