Palms Guest House

Was there couple of weeks ago.I’m not happy with the cleanliness of the place.they clean the rooms once a week.no soaps or sanitizers on the seating area.no air fresheners in the rooms yet there is no toilet door everything is an open plan.1 toilet roll per week mind you,you have to wipe the toilet seat every time before you seat which is how ever pointless coz it doesn’t get sanitized daily.the seating area upstairs is very dusty.you should see the microwave we are supposed to use for our food,health inspectors really should visit this place.the virus is really gonna kill peopleAt night there is noise people screaming very annoyingHow ever the stuff members are very friendly,helpful and very welcoming

There for a short while clean rooms

This place use to be top classBut this time things have been falling apartThe previous lady used know how to run the businessBooked at palms few weeks agoThe place is affordable but it will cost you when you start buying your own towelsYou get 1 roll of toilet paper per weekRooms get clean twice per weekThe place needs a TLC from the bed,beddings and roomsThe bugs were biting went to the reception and show my skin because it was reacts and there was no action taken.I had to take money from my pocket to but sprays and cream for my skinThe lady from reception she has attitude and when she knocks you think there’s police on you door stepEven if you invest and stay long at the place and you just skip the rentShe will chase you like a dogEven if try to explainThis time l had a bad experience than before it used be like a home for me

The place is terrible,l wanted to stay for 3 weeks but for the sake of hygiene l checked out after 4 daysThey change the bedding once a weekGiving you 1 toilet paper roll for the weekThe pillows are old you’ll wake up with the neck pain and they do smellThe bedding is oldThe place is not well maintainedNo towels in roomsAt the entrance there’s some geyser leaking and the water will burn you while you pass cause it will be hot and it’s the only entranceto go to the rooms and exitingI won’t advice people to book at this dirty placeI had to check out ASAP

Didn't get the honour to spend a night there, as we travel with our 3 dogs and they are not pet friendly. Also very expensive for 3 people when we enquired
