Friendly and helpful staff. I went in on Sunday after 3 and even though they had closed they still assisted me. All the staff waited patiently even though it was time for them to go home. Thank you for the excellent service

Pathetic service. I called them at 8am in the morning and placed an order for 19kg gas. They never delivered the gas. I called them numerous times and they kept saying they coming. Our stove us a gas burning stove and due to tat we could not prepare supper worst company ever. I would never recommend them to anyone rather order from gas express.pathetic comany

They took time to assist, I had to call them for it. Even during my assistance, they told the person assisting me to go and do something else, leaving me waiting for him to come back

Over charged when price was supposed to be lower. Bought a 9kg on 18th Oct and their advert says special start on 18th. False advertising.Plus the lady that answers the phone acts as if she's doing me a favor. No phone etiquette whatsoever. Won't be buying gas from there again.

Place is quick and efficient but a total difficulty to get ahold off on the phone. The line can be busy for up to 15 minutes

Horrendous service... I phoned at 11.46 on Friday, 11 November to order refill delivery for 2 x 19kg cylinders.The lady said my order will be delivered after lunch" on the same day. I did inform her I'm also find with a delivery on Saturday. But she assured me same day delivery. Its Saturday the 12 November and I've not received my order
