Bought a property from the owner of Ellliot Electrical 4 years ago and accepted the certificate of compliance at face value, because he is an electrician and we knew no better. This was a huge mistake. We have sold the house and it was riddled with illegal and dangerous connections and had to spend over R28,000 to have his mess fixed before we were issued our COC (verified by 3 independent companies). I should have known it was an issue when the DB board set alight about a year after we moved in and the roof on the patio collapsed due to poor workmanship. I am shocked that the owner of an electrical company would install such appalling connections on his own property. Emailed the owner my concerns and they were ignored.

I am in a townhouse complex and needed assistance. Elliot Electrical are a listed vendor. 2 team members where sent out and resolved my problem. Very efficient and friendly. Good experience.

Could not care less to try and assist their customers, feels like they are doing you a favour.
