The staff are always friendly and professional. I enjoy the shopping experience with them. The dog food prices are very reasonable.

Today my friend visited this shop. She came back quite upset about her experience. After having enquired about kitten friendly flea repellent she was accused of not having fixed her cat. The store staff were unhelpful and quite rude. She decided to go elsewhere.
