Dineo was my massage therapist... So amazing created a very serine environment for me... Asked if the pressure was okay... I went in the morning so it wasn't busy and I was able to enjoy my massage in peace... Staff is very accomadative and friendly... Loved it... I forgot to mention very affordable

Nails were done well. One of the technicians was very unfriendly, the other great. The massage was nice but oil was left all over me. Not a great send off. Nice experience though.

I felt unwelcome and was looked at like I was lost when I walked in. My facial started 15 mins late as they did not prepare anything before I walked in even though there was no appointment prior to mine. I walked out of there feeling like I could of done a better facial at home. Very disappointing and quite pricey as well!

Booked for my husband and I. 1st is was a false advertising of the special.Followed by the terrible and unprofessional service we received. The receptionist I think her name was Linda was so rude with a very bad attitude. I will never go there again.

Went in for the deluxe package todayThe place is quiet noisy,the staff at the front desk were not friendly,we had to ask for refreshments.It eowou look more professional if staff could wear uniforms and also when there is clients staff to speak softly.When we were having our massages we could hear them chatting so loudly.Despite the unpleasant environment,the massage was great.

We had a great time! Obviously do not expect a 5 star hotel's spa experience. The front part of the shop is a bit busy and messy, and the gelish job I got was not perfect. But the hot stone massage and facial we got made up for any of these issues. It's the best hot stone massage I've had in SA. We got this deluxe package special, and thinking about how relaxed we feel now, we got it all for waaay too cheap.

The staff could do with a uniform to look more professional. And the salon needs better upkeep. However, my massage from Refilwe was amazing.

Salon is slightly ran down and staff isn’t exactly on point but my stars are for Dudu only, sweet and friendly Dudu who does the best pedis ever! I highly recommend her!

I had a Brazilian blowave for my Hair and Pedicure at Skin and Body Matters Pineslopes last week Friday. They were absolutely brilliant and my hair is a dream. This is definitely the best Brazilian Blowout I have had done. I would highly recommend them.
