Terrible after service. After charging extra for work which was originally included in the quote, unequiped staff and now a failed battery that only gives 20 minutes of power. Their immediate response was to blane load shedding, the reason we got them here in the 1st place.

waiting for two days regarding quality of product purchased here which failed ... watch this space TO see if they respond .... i WOULD like TO buy from them again but it remains TO BE seenSIX days later a technician arrives" ..... on foot with no ladder or tools .... he CAN come TO inspect the panel ..... this is NOT going wellstay tuned for more updates ...Ps i spent R24 k on panels and i get no definetive answersAfter many calls back and forward a tech arrives with a ladder and acknowledges that the panel burned as a result of factory fault.the panel is replaced but now we only get 112v for a potential 384 v .... perilously i often run at 320vthey come back the next day and with some guidance they Realize that a connector is broken on the new panelNow they want TO charge me for for call outsHow many stars should i give them???"

Service is ecxellent and the management and installers are very knowledgable and a absolute pleasure to deal with.

Extremely unhelpful when it came to a failing product. No interest from the company to assist with the battery issues. Very disappointing that we now have to try and find an alternative company to correct the issues we are experiencing with Solar Energizers.

I am extremely happy with our solar installation, the system works very well and most days we are pushing electricity back into the grid. The service from the team was fast and efficient. The guys very friendly and didn't mind us watching what they were doing and asking questions along the installation journey. We are now so very glad we used the services of Solar Energizers as we now don't have to suffer the inconvenience of loadshedding. Well done and i highly recommended Solar Energizers.
