Awesome service, I have ordered from them 4 times now and will continue going back! There is so much variety, Carey was professional and friendly as always. Definitely reccomend to bring a smile to someone's face for their birthday.

Poor pathethic service, if the owner is not around then you cant get flowers for your arrangements, i had a previous bad experience with them where i placed an order then their card machine was not working and we agreed i would pay when i collect the arrangement they then called me later and stated that they needed full payment before and order could be made, on Saturday i asked the person working there if i could order baloons with flower arrangements and she confirmed i could i waited there for over 30 mins and then i was told i could not get flowers as the owner was not there, pathethic service

Terrible service. First order. Balloons deflated within an hour. Gave us the wrong order initially and we had to go back to pick up the right order which wasn't ready. Less than 3 weeks later, owner asked me to give her a chance to redeem herself. Order was wrong. She didn't take my calls. Drove all the way from westville to dbn north. Order had fewer balloons. Bubble didn't have balloons inside it. Definitely not worth it. Owner ignoring calls and messages. I suppose as long as they get paid up front they don't care abt service and giving a person what they paid for. Definitely will not recommend them. You can get better service elsewhere

Wow! Ordered custom balloon bouquet and they were delivered the following day! Such a seamless experince and the balloons were stunning. Incredible customer service and I highly recommend using them for any occasion!!

Still don't understand how they don't flinch when a balloon pops.Keep up the great work guys.

We couldn't find the place at all. Google Maps took us around in circles and even when we got out to find it on foot, it was nowhere to be found.
