Roxanne is very efficient and knowledgeable at her work. She works with speed and accuracy. Staff are pleasant and helpful. Prices are cheaper than other board companies.

I am a consumer I purchased Boards at AFRIBOARDS andI would like to lodge a complain against this companyAFRIBOARDS AND COMPONENTS (kuppusamy family PTY Ltd)ADDRESS : 625 SUNSET AVENUE , KAY CENTRE UNIT 40/41 WOODHURST CHARTSWORTHREG :2012/160837/07I started to buy boards in this company around 2015 or 2016 every time when I buy they never issue receipt ,at first I was worried about that but when I was used to it ,it never cross my mind that they don’t issue receipt how ever they also did not take cash but they used a bank swiping machineAs usually I bought again in 2018 , paid but the money was not enough for every board I paidI then told them I am going to take some , and the rest when I am paying the balance . I was also told that they wont cut until the money is paid in full . due to work I left KZN I called them that I will still come and collect . and there were no rules what so ever .Came back in 2020 around March paid the balance and they told me that due to soon will be a lock down I should give them some time in terms of cutting / gave them a cutting list .Lock down also took a long time even left the province again . came back in 2021 called the company and the lady told me they have been moving things around she will ask some one to look for my boards , I ask if they were cutted she sad yes .I waited and waited ,called was told same story2022 went straight to their premises . I was told that the lady is fired and they told me they knew about boards . but I must produce a slip and cutting list . yet no one gave me a receipt and also the cutting list is with them .Also told me they cant find my boards also . when I want refund they say I should get a proof of payment at the bank . Total Amount R4500

Will never use them again, no customer service. Owner also, making money but doesnt value his customers.
