Riverside Stables

I booked a ride for 2 in February for my husband’s birthday but we couldn’t go on the set date because it was raining, we arranged with Megan to postpone our ride, after about 2-3 months we were able to redeem our ticket with no issues, we were received by their daughter Tracy who was very hospitable and we took the ride with Megan’s husband who was great aswell. Hawk and Tango were awesome to ride, it was a nice experience, would def recommend Riverside Stables...

I will never recommend this place, I was dealing with a lady by the name of Megan, she is very rude. Firstly she postponed the riding due to rain, then on Monday 18 April 2022 she said her horse would slip so she postponed again. I requested that she postpone to Saturday but must confirm the times, she ignored all my calls and messages. I got hold of her after using my daughter's phone. She then confirmed the time for 11 am on Saturday. At 10:30 she meassged me saying I was supposed to b there 30 minutes before therefore I forfeited the vouchers for R750. She said I was supposed to read tge fine print which when I read never stated this.Please don't ever use her services. she is a fraud.

Nice experience, I would recommend anyone who needs city getaway to be go there.They need to work on giving more accurate directions. Except that. Every thing is wonderful

This was an awesome experience. I'm extremely terrified of horses, however, everyone there including the horses were super friendly and welcoming. The trail ride was beautiful and worth revisiting.

The farm is very beautiful with a lot of animals. Meghan very friendly and welcoming. Tracy absolutely full of life and amazing horse riding mate. Quite the talker and smart. The place is super.

The Lady whom she call herself Maghan was very rude. Location is very bad we got lost tried calling her but her phone couldn't go through. when we finally could rich her she refused sending a location. we from KZN booked 2hrs from Riverside. I would never advice anyone to book with Riverside unless you wanna ruin your holidays. I'm Very disappointed.

Bought a daddy's deal voucher 3 months ago. Made several attempts to make a booking with their WhatsApp line within the stipulated time period before expiration with no response. Called post the expiration date of the voucher and the lady was extremely rude by firstly claiming that they have an efficient and timely response on their WhatsApp line, which is obviously inaccurate, and then proceeding to tell state how the conversation in itself is such a waste of her time. Very poor service.

There was an accident on way going there, we tried to call the lady but we couldn't get through. We got there 15 minutes later tried to call her finally got hold of her she was very rude and unprofessional we tried explaining that we from kzn she said that is not her problem we asked her to send the direct location she said she doesn't want we need to figure ourselves out, mind you we came all way from kzn. I am really disappointed about the service we got there, she said she will refund us and the day has passed still no refund. She said her name is Meghan I don't know whether she's the owner or the worker there but such shittyy service we didn't expect
