I received the most rude reception by the sound technician, who without inspecting my JVC, progressed to inform me that there was component blown and that I must rather claim from my insurance. I then went to CJ's Electronics where I received a friendly welcome. They confirmed that a component was not blown and they would inspect to see if could repair. I definitely do notrecommend City TV
