Absolutely brilliant service from all the members involved in the practice, especially Dr. Hendricks. Being in the professional services business myself I was absolutely impressed with the services received thus far. First, Emily, our almost 2 year old had her 4 front teeth extracted. I was next with having filling done to my 2 front teeth. Dentico is now our family's dentist of choice!

Everyone at Dentico, From Bianca (at the front desk) to Dr Hendricks (who heads the practice) are among the most courteous, knowledgeable and friendly people I have met.The gated parking area (accessible from Carinus Street) is quite secure and has a few shady trees beneath which you may park your vehicle.Bianca will probably be the first person you meet and, after you've registered for notifications and updates from Dentico, she'll contact you with all the details of your appointment ahead of time. She has some great insights into their procedures and has accurately answered all my questions about scheduling, administration and the dental work I've had done there.They are also diligent in keeping Covid-19 hygiene measures in place and ensuring the safety of all their patients.The waiting area is neat and cozy and even has a TV on which kids can watch a show while you wait. I was watching some Moana before my appointment with Nicolé Fillis (Dentico's resident oral hygienist)Visits to oral hygienists have, in the past, been a little painful. This was not the case with Nicolé. Our appointment was quick and she took great care not to injure my gums. For once I don't dread my next oral hygienist visit.Dr Hendricks took an x-ray in preparation for a root canal I had done today. The chair in her consulting room is the most comfortable I've ever sat in and I just have to take a moment and show some love for her choice in decor. It's real classy and doesn't feel like a dentist's office with all those weird posters on the wall yet she's all business and you just know she's got you covered.Dr Sam took care of my root canal today and it was virtually painless for me (he uses some good anesthetics). Just like everyone else there he has a relaxed, easy manner which goes a long way for a patient during such procedures.The folks over there truly do create new smiles every day and Dentico is where I would love to have my smile maintained for a long time to come.

Reception staff are utterly unprofessional, they have no manner to speak properly or attend to queries. Truly disappointed in the service.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting an all women dental practice and I must say, it was a fantastic experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a warm and friendly staff who made me feel right at home.The waiting area was comfortable and inviting. When it was time for my appointment, I was taken back to the exam room by one of the dental assistants, who was incredibly knowledgeable and professional.Once I met the dentist, I was blown away by her expertise and attention to detail. She took the time to listen to my concerns and answer all of my questions, and she was gentle and precise during my exam. I could tell that she truly cares about her patients and their dental health.Overall, I would highly recommend this all women dental practice to anyone in need of dental care. The staff is wonderful, the facility is top-notch, and the dental care is exceptional. It's clear that these women are passionate about what they do, and I feel lucky to have found such a great dental practice.

Best dentist ever. Always kind courtious and respectful. My son enjoys dentist visits as he he treated with dignity and respect. Everytime i visit dentist its like im visiting friends as they keep me talking smiling all the time. They know who I am and always make me feel more than at home. Their service is excellent magnificent. It os beyond description. I always look forward to my appointments and the smiles and jokes we share. I have never ever seen people who take pride in their work and are always informative and knowledgeable. Keep up the good work. Your are more than the best my family.

I've been a patient here for a good few years now, I can only share good news of my experiences visiting Dentico. The staff are friendly and professional. They really go out their way to ensure the wellbeing of the patient. I wished that I have switched to them sooner!!!! Perfectly located in Kuils River, and a place which I would highly recommend to anyone who values good service.
