Don't buy a Hisense tv they don't last and you struggle to get it fixed. Stay with Samsung or LG.Just a warning

I am so disappointed with Hisense South Africa, and in particular, the dishwasher we bought from them end January 2021. Using their recommended products and not abusing the machine in any way, the trays are already starting to rust-away. Not like we are living somewhere along the coast... then at least I could understand this better... Anyhew, contacted them and received a one-liner reply that rust is not covered under warranty". Not even the courtesy of a signature or name on the reply

Sent my TV in for repairs.Same fault occurred.Sent it in again fault was not resolved and USB ports not working.Messaged customer service didn't receive any response.Regret not buying a Samsung instead

I logged an email on Thuraday evening and on Friday morning regarding a brand new fridge/freezer baught January that stopped cooling. Only got a hold of them telephonically Friday afternoon where I was told another forms needs to be completed and sent back for approval for a technician to come out. I did that within 20 minutes. I stated on the phone that all my food thawed and that I have a baby who's food now can't be kept cool. I have not heard back. I will be claiming damaged from Hisense. If I get my own technician out I will loose the warranty, but maybe I couldve salvaged some of my meat and dairy. Very disappointed with the service. Will not recommend them to anyone.

My expensive fridge freezer stopped working after only 6 months. The technician brought the wrong parts and now I have to go without a fridge, as it might take another 5 working days for the part to arrive. Apparently he changed the compressor and then realized it must be the inverter type. Totally unprepared even though they have my serial number and details. Nobody can tell me when my fridge will be fixed. I'm already 10 days without a fridge. I have lost complete trust in the brand and also HIFI Corp through whom I bought this piece of junk.

Terrible after sales and products. Twice have problems and they will not sort out....Products are cheaply made and these people are ripping off hard working South Africans. Their after sales manager is in meetings all day everyday Rather spend a bit more a get products that will last. I guess you buy what you can afford ...but the reality is that there are cheaper reputable brands if you shop around

The worst service i have ever received from a big supplier. They whant to sell their products but the after sale service is the worst. If you call customer service the call volume are so high that you hang up after an hour. Are your products so bad that your customer service are so busy

My TV’s mother board blew. My warranty said there is 3 work shops you can take your TV to. Then a read all these reviews, this morning I called them. No answer! I decided to take the trip to Bedfordview. I got there, someone came out to help me take my TV out of my car. The gents was very friendly. I filled in a form showed them my actual invoice for the TV. By the this time the technician took my TV to the back. Not even 5 min later, he came back and said the replaced the mother board, he showed me and we loaded it back in my car. It was painless! I asked them do they know about all the bad reports. He said yes, unfortunately they not part of the team when you call a technician to come out to your house, but they all fall under one umbrella. I asked him about the telephone not working. He said their phone system is so buggered due to load shedding. If they have load shedding their phones don’t work.My advice if your TV breaks, and you live near any of their repair centers, take it in yourself.Like a said all was done and fixed in less than 10 min. Thank you guys

If I could rate the service and product 0, I would. I would definitely not purchase another Hisense product in my life. Hisense basically ignored my problem until the warranty had expired so that they didn't have to take responsibility. The fridge didn't even work for 2 years. Absolute nonsense.

Logged a call a week ago and NO RESPONSE. Not even an email saying that they have received the ticket. When i try and phone them, they say i am caller 5 in the row, when i get to 1, the message says that they are experiencing high caller volume, then they drop me back to 12 and tell me it will take 64minutes. I can't use all my airtime on your useless service.
