VERY VERY bad service!!! My mother and brother went to do his ID. They were there 5 different days!!! And every time they have an excuse. They waited in the line yesterday from 8 am to 3:40pm… just when they got in front of the line they closed the offices at 4 pm.

Service is poor, if the computers are not out, then the shortage of staff results in long waiting times. Staff just shrug their shoulders?

Save yourself the trouble and rather drive to Ellisras. Long long waiting periods and then the system is offline every so often.

Very helpful workers, from the security lady when you work into the building. They should improve on explaining the process properly when applying for birth certificates. They tend to not follow the queue after completion of the forms.Overall I was impressed with all the employees I interacted with.

This is a stop and go home affairs. Unlike Pretoria and many other places where people complain about ques when they have to travel and identify documents. This right here is your place to go if it falls places you often pass by. There's literally no que at all I wonder why they still have a queuing system because they same who gives you a ticket will immediately help you.But I must say they service is rather quick and the turnaround time for your documents is quicker as well.
