Not to be trusted! I booked my car for an urgent pink slip inspection. Was happy to get a spot next morning. Unfortunately when I came to collect my 5 year old Kia, I was told it failed the safety check! I only had the car serviced a few months earlier and was in shock. Apparently the car had an engine oil leak, needed a new sump, oil and filter change, front control arm rear bushes x2 replaced and a wheel alignment! I questioned the staff member and he was a bit sheepish about it. Not happy, I paid $43, drove to another cervices centre, got a pink slip without a problem in 1 hour!

Very professional and friendly service! I had to get my rego safety check organised and the team managed to get me in much quicker than anyone else locally (my registration was about to expire).The team are very efficient and accommodating. Serviced my old car here for years and never had any issues. Highly recommend!

I had one of the worst experiences in having my car service from this centre. Firstly, it was a task to get booking spot via call and I have to turn up to the centre to get my spot manually.Thereafter, picking my car back after service , I was told there was a tyre puncture and no one confirmed to me via call to approve the request to fix the tyre , unnecessarily inflating the cost. Just within a week, I got my car serviced again from a separate workshop in almost half the price to fix my initial problem. I’d never use this place next for my car service.

My second terrible experience with them today.Car was booked in over the phone for a power steering pump today, the person on the phone had said they would call back with a rough quote, never heard anything back. When I arrived they told me that it won’t be finished today and suggest I book in for next week… Car was specifically booked into today for an out-of-state road trip this weekend. When I asked why my car would get booked in today if they can't do they job listed he said Roy on the phone is from the Philippines

I was given advice of things to do to help my car, rather than spend money with this mechanic. Went out of their way to have my car ready in time and didn't charge me when they had spent time, but found it needed a different type of repairer.

I visit this garage after moving to North Sydney for a rego inspection on my 30 year old car, it failed for multiple oil leaks and they quote me for 4 hours of work to investigate. I had to get back to my previous garage in Balgowlah and it passed the rego inspection 2 days after with no comment. Don't go there if you got an old car.

Super sweet people. We were having issues with our Toyota Hiace, as we had blown a fuse. The mechanic walked with us down the street and showed us what’s wrong. Helped us take off the part, that the NRMA guy was too lazy to do. Super simple fix, but didn’t make us feel stupid. Thank y’all!
