Avoid at all costs. Nurses shout at patients for bleeding on the bed. Hours after a C section they respond to a call but then walk away refusing to help. What is wrong with these people? Sadistic, cruel, psychopathic behaviour. They should NEVER be allowed near vulnerable people. Shameful

GOPD sisters are so unhelpfull & rude!!! The nurses without any appallets are the ones who are more helpful then the senior staff, I was rudly answered by a male nurse & he left me & walked off, luckily a nurse noticed me walk out GOPD & followed me to ask if I'd received any help. They are on their cell phones & chatting in corners & giggling then when Dr come in they start shouting & blaming patients for being slow while they were ignoring us. I ended up leaving without having done the Papsmear.

I was quickly admitted for high blood pressure at 35weeks plus, from the time I was admitted all I received was good service from the doctors to the nurses to the kitchen staff.Sunday my water broke but I had complications, had it not been for the quick response of the staff nurses, I would have lost my child from those complications.I had an emergency C-section which was a breeze, recovery room staff was amazing and very much patient, they had empathy towards the patients, I appreciate that very much.Coming to the food, I enjoyed the food from day one of my admittance, very much healthy, and to top if off, we got desert.I can't thank the staff of Queen Nandi Regional Hospital enough for their kind hospitality, I personally did not feel that I was in hospital. Thank you very much. Please continue the hard work and the kindness you shown me to other patients aswel.

My daughter was admitted on 29June. She is 25 and it's her first baby. Due to Covid, no1 is allowed in. So the nurses and doctors should at least show some empathy, you chose this job. They I'll treated my daughter, refused to give her water while she was in active labour. I called around 15.30 and heard screams in the background not realizing it was my daughter. She was calling for the doctors and nurses, she was ignored. At 16.30 my daughter called out of breathe and in pain, all she managed to say, she's booked for c section. The entire day she was in pain and then decide to send her for a c section. One of the nurses even told my daughter she has back problem and can not help her. This is the worst hospital with staff that deserve to be in hell!

Nurses stand for hours talking. And most people are here from 6 am. And to make things worse the doctors stand and have merry conversations with the nurses. I am here from 6.35, and still have not seen the doctor the current time is 1.22pm. This is absolutely ridiculous. And furthermore the nurses only speak in one language, Zulu. What about the English speaking patient's. And the nurses and doctors allow people to just jump the que.

Npa nurse don't want to do their work, I think the minister should put a feet on this, my sister almost lost her beby because of their carelessness, I don't know what going on with this nurse, and there are so rude at the sametime they always busy with talking each other instead of helping people liveIam very disappointed cz I know this hospital is the best bt now they don't want to Wark.instead of saving people life.

I came in to the high risk clinic at 6 Am and wasn't attended until 2:30 pm, where the Dr said they will not be attending us after all. Mediocre work, they were about 30 something ladies there, who all were sent back home without consultation.
