Negative!!I first contacted them telephonically, then send an email with all my details. Last week they were eventually going to deliver and only came after our business hours.When I phoned yesterday (Tuesday) to enquire if my delivery will be done today (they only deliver in out area on a Wednesday) I was informed all was in order. When I phoned today @15h00 to enquire what time to expect the delivery. I was informed that oh sorry..they still meant to phone me. Please send my banking details they will refund me.!! This is NOT the way to handle prospective business clients."
