Thank you to Michael, NJ and the team. I called them at 10:57, by 1pm Michael came to do site inspection, 30 min after the go ahead his team was here and 1 hour later I am up and running with a brand new Doorman motor. I would highly recommend these guys, they are all about customer service. Well done team!!!

I called this company to attend to our garage door motor which stopped working. I spoke to Michael who arrived to inspect within an hour. The quote to repair was received within another hour. I signed and returned it later that afternoon and Michael called apologetically to ask if I minded if his technician came at 8am the next day to replace the motor, which they did!! Fantastic service from this company. Highly recommended.

Extremely prompt and efficient service. Garage door motor failed at 7am in the morning, found Planet Automation on Google Maps, made contact and it was replaced by 1pm the same day. Cost for replacement was less than me sourcing the parts and doing it myself. Couldn't be happier!

And while they couldn't help me with my problem, as I am situated in KZN and they are in Cape Town, they pointed me in the right direction to my local distributor and gave me additional information as well.
