Sean assisted us after hours and didn't charge us for this! Unheard of! He was punctual, helpful and friendly. He took the time to explain to my daughter how to look after her machine too. Very reasonable call out and labour charge. I will definitely use Sean / Epoch again

If I could give them 100 stars I would. Sean is professional, on time and knows how to improve everything. It’s done right the first time. I can see that the repairs done will last a long time. He put the third coat when most people would have stopped at 2 coats.Will use him again!

Sean worked in my shop for a month repairing the shop’s electrical wiring and helping out with ventilation and general repair work around the shop. He is SO invested in what he is doing. Always there when he is needed and his after service is excellent. He still drops by every now and then to check in. Excellent service! I’d strongly recommend him!
