This service is very poor. Firstly they the only people that always can't get hold of me. The rest of the world can. Secondly they call and tell me my parcels will be delivered on Friday and its Monday morning and nothing has been delivered

This service is pathetic. First I was told they forgot my package at the depot then I was told they will deliver between 5pm and 6pm. They made me wait 2 hours then I gave up and left the site where they were going to deliver.

Bad service indeed...Overnight express delivery taking them 2days+...No notification that they will not deliver as promised. You just hope they do...what nonsense. You must never bet a penny on these guys to deliver, you will lose all your sense.

The delivery period takes longer, I got notification on Wednesday, it's now Friday and I still don't have my parcel. This is not the way to make a customer happy, please improve on your delivery service, especially small items.
