I really like The Fluffia's service. Very professional and seems to be an adjecent service to the Animal hospital which just elevates the trust I have in my opinion. Our doggy always comes out looking fresh and cute as can be! Definitely recommend this place.

They will treat your dog with the care and attention they deserve at The Fluffia!I love that their set up has zero cages but rather a cute little picket fence style waiting area. The bathing areas seem to be designed for the comfort of fur babies instead of the groomers.Location is at a vet so you can stock up on supplies while you wait or visit the shops or restaurants that are on their doorstep.Snowy can be very anxious but I feel that since going to The Fluffia she is much happier. Grace had her first grooming experience here and she always seems happy to go back.Highly recommended.

After our former groomer retired we needed to look for a new one and came across The Fluffia and were impressed by their online presence and online rating.This is why we decided to give them a try.To get a desired result we even presented The Fluffia with a document detailing exactly what we wished for. Nothing outrageous: Trim to half her coat length, rounded face and to keep certain areas as they were.The outcome was the absolute worst possible. Not only was every detail ignored, it was as if they let someone without any experience loose on our poodle mix. They used a shearing machine that resulted into a very unevenly cut coat that was so short that nothing could be done to rectify the situation.Some areas are so close to her skin that its hard not to believe a razor was used.It is bad enough that her eyelashes were cut, but even worse that they were so unevenly cut.To summarize: It's as if the groomer put effort into trying everything to demonstrate what is not supposed to be done.We were ensured that our dog didn't suffer under any stress, but just looking at how close the clipper was to her skin and how uneven her coat is, this is very hard to believe.I never believed in dogs having to wear clothes, but our dog's coat is so short that she freezes at night which is why we have to put a jersey on her.The only thing that is worth commending is the quick and professional response from the business owner: She seemed to understand the severity of the situation, we received a full refund and an apology.This however does not change the fact that it will take months for what has happened to be resolved.I'm sure many other owners will agree: our dogs aren't just pets, but part of the family and that is exactly the reason why I need to stand up for what has happened and voice why I could never recommend The Fluffia to anyone!!!

I love this place, my doggo always comes home beautiful and smells amazing. They know exactly how to cut according to the breed, in my case a Cocker Spaniel. This is the first time she's gone to groomers and not come home super anxious!

Very caring advice when I phoned about my elderly GSD with hip issues it definitely made me confident to leave her... she was clean and really well groomed - price affordable ...thank you for a great experience all round - would definitely recommend

The fluffia is just wonderful. Even though they mainly groom dogs they agreed to shave my Persian cat. They were extremely helpful in guiding me through the process of sedating him at the on premise vet first and made sure the booking experience was smooth and efficient. Even though my cat was extremely matted Aunty V did a great job and gave him the perfect lion shave for summer!!
