Exceptional Service!From the day I registered my oven for the extended warranty, I have had exceptional service. Larozanne De Beer (Sales Support) is super efficient and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Tiaan, the technician, is also amazing to deal with and he fixed my oven promptly.The repairs were covered under the warranty - with no issues.Both Larozanne and Tiaan kept me informed and Tiaan scheduled the repair date around the load shedding times and let me know exactly what time he would be at my house so I could plan my day accordingly.I love my La Germania oven and based on the aftersales service I've received, I would definitely recommend La Germania.

I recently became a lucky owner of a freestanding La Germania Americana gas hob/electric oven stove. I love my Americana!!! It is my first experience with gas and La Germania, you made the experience feel like a holiday. The 5kW dual ring burner on the LEFT is excellent for big pots . Jam cooking felt like no work at all. It was fast, sufficient en with 2 settings to regulate the gas, it is a winner. I can bake double the amount of rusks and bread in the oven, because of the size. Fan assistance helped me with batch baking without compromising quality. Congratulations La Germania staff! You are a super team to work with. With your knowledge and assistance I was able to make an informed decision.

Since the first day we walked into the office in Centurion (without an appointment) the service from Glenda was outstanding. She talked us through ever little detail, asking me what I had in mind and explained the pros and cons of the idea I initially had. She made sure that she understood my needs and she went over and above assisting with not only their product details but also what would work well in our kitchen. Getting the quotation from them and requesting new ones with some changes was also a great experience, Bronwyn assisted with much patience and friendliness and she followed up with me in terms of delivering details, installation etc. I would recommend them to anyone! Their attention to detail, service and customer satisfaction is something that I haven't experienced in quite a while. Keep up the wonderful work you are doing. :-)

I bought my 90cm La Germania In March 2020. the Thermostat broke in January 2022. Phoned the Makro store from which I bought it from and they wouldn't assist. A lady from La Germania emailed me after I complained to Makro head office and she was so friendly and tried her best to assist. My emails were always answered timeously.After many emails going backwards and forwards, La Germania assisted me in sending me the new thermostat for free. Thank you, but you need to change your guarantee policy, as the C.O.C certificate from a gas Installer has nothing to do with the functioning or malfunctioning of the stove. Those are two separate issues and if I am within the two years then I shouldn't have had to pay for a repaid man to install the new thermostat. But a big thank you for at least sending me the new part for free. Greatly appreciate it and I love my stove.

Bought a LaGermania full gas two and half years ago. Everything went well until about 2weeks ago. Main wok gas burner would not switch off. Had to open and close again with bit more force. Started smelling gas the whole time. Had to switch gas off at outside valve everytime. Chefs pride first stated we need to pay for call out and part seeing as the part isnt covered by the guarentee. After a bit of questioning they waived the call out fee but part had to be paid. Came to replace the valve and the technician said that the pin did not move back into place thus manufacturers fault. Management then said no manufacturers fault because force was used to close the valve. The warranty and extended warranty basically covers nothing anymore as it is up to management to decide what is covered and what is not. The handle for the oven broke the day before the technician came to fix the burner valve. The thin brushed stainless steel used has been bent 90deg thus causing stress on the bend and weakening the bend. No weld or any other support given on the bend for extra strength.

I bought my Burgundy Americana 90cm all gas oven from Glenda. She was very patient with all my questions and gave a great service. I absolutely love my new oven especially the 2 huge oven trays that are included. It's the first time that I have a gas oven and one can taste and see the difference in the food. My oven completes the look of my new kitchen.

I purchased a La Germania Rustica gas stove with gas oven, which I received last week. I was itching to try it out.Yesterday was trial day. I baked a chocolate cake and a raisin loaf.
