Update on below reviewI had to liaise with person who received my item and arrange to exchange item with him myself at my and his cost. Item in condition I was expecting so happy with that.I ordered and paid for a second hand kirby roller on 2 Dec 2022 and after numerous follow ups was told it was couriered 3 days ago. When my parcel arrived it was 2 x kirby belt and no brush. Poor service although they were extremely helpful right up to the time I paid my money into their account. Great service. Repairs completed in a day and I was kept informed of the progress along the way with photographs being sent to me.

What an amazing team!!! Where do you find in this day and age people with ethics. My experience with AZ Vacuums was beyond great. They collected my Kirby from my house and delivered it as well. My story is one of this is just a vacuum' it was standing in my Garden Shed since 2015 or 16 and it looked very sad. In fact I was going to put the unit out on the pavement on the day when it was dirt collection and just by chance I came across AZ Vacuums on Facebook Market Place while looking for something completely different. I dropped the team a message and they responded promptly. I received pictures and video footage of their progress. When the unit was dropped off at my house I swear that this could not be the same vacuum. the thing looks incredible with so much sparkle. I am not trying to oversell these guys as they did an insane job overhauling the entire unit at a price that is very reasonable. Less than what I paid for a cheap vacuum at House and Home. Guys well done and thank you so much"

Lads, I tell ye, these fellas are top-notch. They were quick on the draw, responding to me message in a blink of an eye. I barely sent a photo of what I was lookin' for and they came back with the right part and a fair price. In no time, I had the quote and by the end of the day, me part was on its way. A true pleasure doin' business with these lads.

Really happy with this service. We had our vacuum cleaner collected from our home. That same day we got the quote and the work was done within 2 days and delivered back to our home. Great communication from Mark and all round a pleasure to do business with.

My Kirby was in desperate needs of attention and within 24 hours of delivering, I collected my sparkling, serviced almost brand new" cleaner. We are located in the Northern Suburbs. I arranged with Mark from AZ Vacuums SA in Plumstead to have our Kirby Sentria checked out. He repaired and replaced all the faulty parts in an absolute professional manner while we were waiting. This guy knows what he is doing and I would recommend him with absolute confidence to anyone who is concerned about professional experience, advice, service and support. We left with a very close to new machine. The drive to Plumstead was worth it.

Unbelievable service. AZ vacuums collected my Kirby, serviced it and delivered the same day. Very satisfied with their service.

I paid R680 for kirby bags on the 8th of February 2023 with and was promised delivery within 3 days, It is now more than a month later and I am still waiting for my bags. I've asked them to refund me agreed in an email to do the refund on Friday 10 March 2023. Still nothing paid in. Try to speak to the owner, waste of time. He is just never available. Best service ever received by AZ today. We quick to complain when service is bad but always forget to commend great service. Here is a company that goes the extra mile and gives you the personal touch and not forgetting the great prices too.Well done and keep up the great service and i am sure i will look for an excuse just to pop in to see the friendly people.
