Definitely a shop which favors dealing in person vs via email or the phone. My impression wasn't great when I spoke over the phone, and my enquiries to the contact form via the webpage went unanswered. So perhaps some improvement areas. But when I went to the shop, I found the shop very busy, staff extremely knowledgeable, friendly and the shop carries a decent range. Not the cheapest, but they were the only shop to stock the item I was looking for. I'll definitely go back.
