Poor service, from quote to payment to receiving of parts. When they couldn't supply my needs we had to spend two months pleading for my refund for my client and enduring empty promises of payment that was never done. I will not be using them again or recommending them to anyone.

These people are the worst to deal with. I bought pool cues online from them for which they were paid. 6 Days later not a word from them regarding either delivery or if I should collect the items. On the payment acknowledgment email, their phone number and the name Gary appears. The phone number is wrong and apparently Gary" has passed away some time ago. REALLY!!!! When I eventually got the correct phone number and called them

Poor service from Jonathan and Trevor. Had a problem with mixed up parts and after they promised me to come and rectify I'm still waiting and my business is standing still. They don't have any after sales service, the definitly don't care about loss of income on the client's side. Will absolutely NOT recommend them!!
