Very disappointed, don't have your color done in this place. They put wrong color on my hair. Turn orange color. Horrible. I was losing my hair. They promised to fix it in 2 weeks later without charging me the color. When I want back, they want to charge me the full price. They are not professional. I don't recommend this place.

Appointments are never kept to and I doubt even recorded. I had made an appointment, waited an hour and when queried with the 'stylist' was told my hair could not be done due to loadshedding despite calling and given the time to come in. The manager/owner is rude, arrogant and did not apologize. Do not recommend this salon... but if you're looking for unprofessionalism then you've found the one!

Very bad service . The stylist arrived late despite me making an appointment. She did not even get the cut and colour of my hair correct . Very unprofessional, I was left waiting mid way so she can attend to other customers who had just walked in . Will not be going there again
