Middelberg Guest Farm

We had a wonderful camping weekend at Middelburg Guest Farm, highly recommended private camp site ❤️ Beautiful trails with breathtaking views, magnificent sunsets and the beautiful Karoo night sky's. We can't wait to visit again.

If you need to break away from city life and need peace, wide open spaces, fresh air, no cell phone reception and no electricity (which we all used to), then this neat Middelberg Holiday Farm is a go to!We were received by the hospitable owners (Carin & Hein) and our stay became a very positive experience.We stayed in a remote (not a soul in sight) and very safe campsite on the mountain with lots of shade, a splash pool and clean bathrooms.If you an outdoor type of person, then there is lots to do. Marked mountain bike routes, 4x4 routes, hiking, horse riding, stargazing and amazing views. We spotted some wild animals (Zebra, Spring buck, ostriches, etc.)We can recommend this to anyone loving the out doors.
