By far, the most helpful and friendly hardware I’ve ever encountered.The staff and owner are always happy to help! They go out of their way to find whatever it is I am looking for. I highly recommend! 10/5.As a lady who knows bare minimum, I have never been mansplained to, no question is too silly and that I sincerely appreciate.

Consistently the worst service I've EVER encountered. Why the sullen cashier/owner/salesman doesn't stay at home to continue playing on his phone is a mystery, as the effort to drag himself to the till is clearly back breaking. Save yourself the aggravation and drive to any of the other builder's outlets in Heiderand. At least they have friendly service and cheaper prices.
