The best online purchase experience I've ever had. These guys are so professional and efficient with their communication regarding your order.Placed my order last Friday morning (14/02/2020)for my food processor, which they didn't even have in stock in their store (as I had hoped to pop past and buy it in person on Friday still, but assured me they'd be able to get it delivered (no delivery fee either) to me the following week), and to my utter surprise and delight, my parcel arrived Monday afternoon(17/02/2020).They kept me updated from the word go. Even received what's app messages informing me of my delivery status.And you'd think that would be the end of their service? Nope! Got a follow up message to find out if my parcel did indeed arrive, and if I was satisfied with it, and to rate their service.If you can't tell already, I highly recommend using their services. You won't be sorry.

I haven’t used Online Goods before so checked their ratings to see if they were “real!” All posts were great so I tried them out and wow I can add a 5 star review to their list of good reviews!!!Ordering was quick and easy, I was immediately contacted to be notified about delivery and my goods arrived 24 hours later.Superb customer service and I will definitely use them again and again!

The ordering process was simple and the payment very convenient. I loved it that I could make payment using eft instead of needing to use a card. I was kept informed on the stage in the processing of my order and received it in a good state within about 3 days of placing the order. The only suggestion I would make is that the courier company should have contacted me before they came to deliver my parcel. I was about to leave home and if I left a few minutes earlier no one would have been here to receive the parcel. All-in-all I am impressed with the service and product and would recommend Online Goods to anyone.

Probably the best online service I have ever gotten. It’s the first time I’ve ordered good online where personal messages have been sent thanking me for the order, confirming when I can expect delivery, confirming when the item had been dispatched, checking if my parcel was received and following up with the courier company when it was delivered late (although all within about 4 or 5 days) and once again making sure I’d received it after that. I also asked for the invoice to be amended and sent an email at 9pm and got an immediate response from them confirming is have it at 8am the next day (which I then got). Definitely use this service, excellent service deserves our support.PS: the Sunbeam steam press thy we bought from them seems pretty good too. But only just started using it.
