Dunlop Zone Speedz Wheel & Tyre

My experience with this company is horrible and will recommend no one to do business with themOn 22 November 2019 i went Speedz wheel and Tyre in Brits and they replaced brake pads on the Nissan of my wife.Costs was R2400.00Less than one month later on 19 December 2019 the rear brake pads were non excistant.Just metal on metal.I went back to Speedz and Tyre and the response i got from the Manager was something is wrong with the car and will not refund me until a proper report done on the pads.I had to get a car and drive to Nissan in Brits and buy pads at my costs.I was advised that Speedz and Tyre will decide in January 2020 if they will refund me for the pads that did not last one month.This after we fitted four new tyres on the car as wellYou have to read what happened then.After numerous calls with no results me and my wife went back 8 March.The manager once again could not help and a man came to the counter and introduced himself as the top director and explained to us that his decission would be final on this issue and if he declines to help us we can do what we want.He was very aggresive and basically told us to shut upp.I did not keep quite but never threatened him.He then came running from behind the counter and shoulted if i want to fight he is not scared.I kept my calm because when i turned around about six of his workers was standing close by and could see they were ask by his manager to come and assist him.I have all on tape and i can assure you if I made a stand they would all have been on top of me.I attach phots of new pads after 28 daysThis is how they treat a customer that just spend R12000.00 with them.For your safety stay away from them

Great experience. Prices are reasonable and can negotiate. Was offered wheel balancing and fitting for free.

Be very careful when buying new tyres here. Check that what is shown on your receipt correspond with what they supply. When you pick up a problem later on, you may find that you are denied any recourse because the tyres shown on your receipt are not those that were actually supplied.

The staff is so professional. The place safety is up to date, there are some signs that show, (Danger) don't enter, on working zones. The place is well organized, and neat. The place is acomodative to the disabled.

I wentvto have puncture repair to get a surprise one of their staff checking my car without permission. When i asked was told that my stablizer arms on car needed attention. Its going to cost R1000. 00. When i aproached the mangement the answer was it the duty to check. I asked why this was done. Its becuz other customer would point fingers at them. I only went for punction repair. They could have told me it attention. My impression they took chance tht i must have repaired imediately. I dont have tht kind of money this time of month. Even the puncture repair to me is expensive. The mamagement need to treat their customers beter and could have handle the situation lot beter. Customer comes first. Sorry made me angry how this was dealt
