I bought the Oreo mcflurry with caramel topping and they put a lil pinch of caramel which they said it's what I paid for. Very disappointed

Very bad service, they give me incomplete order, i got home and there missing meals on my order, they did not put sauces and serviettes, worst thing is the missing meals were kids meals, can you imagine seing my kids disappointed. I had to drive back to the store to collect. No apology received instead got a bad attitude from the cashier. If you do not have love to service please just do opt to do the job. Nka setlhole ke beile my foot in that store.

The place is quiet good to be honest, I usually buy my meals there on the go. But yesterday I saw and heard the lady named Jane after I have asked of her name who was shouting at every employee in the store. I think we need to retrain her on C.C and behavioral skills towards employees gone are those times when we would oppress employees or have them working under fear which in result they loose courage to work and makes them work under fear. management please intervene urgently these needs to stop!!!!. Hence the atmosphere I gave it a 1 star very disturbing to see there still such people in the world

I always here when there is load shedding(especially if it is more than 2 hours).I am always appalled by how the manager/supervisor treats the staff members. Its really shocking. We as customers could hear EXACTLY what she was screaming/screaming about in the kitchen-its shocking. It was really disturbing to most of the customers. She could have honestly spoken in a better and much softer way. You do not treat your employees like that. Its Rude, unfair and definitely uncalled for. She can definitely do better as a superior.

Came here multiple occasions for a nice sit down and munch, it is Halaal, they got speedy service, clean areas to eat, feels safe, free Wi-Fi & charging irregardless of load shedding, air conditioning. It’s a really lovely place, would definitely go again……and again and again and again lmao

I took kids there for my daughter's birthday only to find that they don't do eat-ins after 19:00, what a waste of time and transport otherwise we should have gone to another one than Daveyton one.

I bought three happy meals (take away) to my shock when I got home only one of them had a burger the rest had only fries. The service is disappointing this incident clearly indicates there's no communication between internal stuff. I would like to be compensated for the purchase

The service is poor compared to other McDonald's, the oil used for the fries has some bad smell. The ladies have bad customer service.
